Eligibility Criteria

Students who satisfy the following criteria are eligible to apply for admission:
Bachelor Degree Programs:

  • Minimum overall average should be 75% in high school diploma with ENGL4U, plus two more 4U courses.

  • A 2 or 3years college diploma with a minimum 2.9 GPA

  • A minimum full-year degree with a GPA of 2.6 or above.

Master’s Programs:

  • Students must have a second-class degree in the following degrees from a recognized university or its equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science

  • A bachelor's degree in applied science or law

  • Doctor of Medicine

Queen’s University - Important FAQ

Students must meet the required scores of English to get admission in the University. Otherwise, you are not eligible for admission.

If you are an international student and wish to study in Canada for longer than six months, then you must apply for a study permit. As soon as you get your letter of acceptance, you should apply online for your study visa.

You may check the status of the application by logging into the Application Status Manager if you applied online or must contact the department of interest directly.

Yes, there is an option to apply for other programs but you need to fill a separate application form with an application fee for each program.
