NEET 2020 Cutoff for Boys-596/720 and Girls-610/720 to take admission in medicine course at Armed Force Medical College.

No, specific rank is required for admission to AFMC. But you will have to cross the cut off marks to become eligible for the Interview. The cut off marks vary every year. This year it's gonna be a bit high, around 510 for boys.
