Eligibility Criteria

The students need to fulfil the entry requirements to enroll in an MBA course at the Berlin School of Business & Innovation:

  • The students must have a minimum age of 21 for MBA enrollment.

  • The willing candidates should hold a strong bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and If the students don’t have the academic qualifications, they can evidence 4+ years of full-time work experience considered on a case-by-case basis.

Admission Process

Mentioned below are precise steps for the MBA enrollment at the Berlin School of Business & Innovation:

    Step 1: Complete the application form and provide important documents -

    • Transcripts of completed courses and grades for each semester of the degree

    There are 3 possible outcomes of the process -

    • 1. Accepted
      If the students will provide all essential documents and satisfy all entry requirements, They will receive an official unconditional invitation letter from BSBI.

    • 2. Conditionally Accepted
      The students will get an official conditional offer letter where we will ask them to provide additional evidence to support their application, and after receiving additional documents, the university will review the application and inform them about the final decision regarding MBA admission confirmation.

    • 3. Application Rejection
      The applicants will receive an official rejection letter if they have not satisfied the criteria for admission to the MBA course.

    Step 3: Accepting Offer of Admission

    • In case of your acceptance, the Institute will provide an unconditional offer letter and 2 copies of the study contract.

    • One copy must be signed and returned within 4 weeks to secure an MBA seat and keep the other copy for records.

    • To get accepted into the MBA course, the students must pay a deposit of €2,000 of the first academic year tuition fee, which is due upon signing the study contract.

    Step 4: Admissions letter

    • After accepting an offer of admission, the university produces an admissions letter to confirm an MBA seat.

    • Non-EU national students are required to apply for a valid visa to start education in Germany.

    To obtain an admissions letter for supporting visa application, the students must take the following steps-

    • Send a signed study contract to BSBI.

    • Transfer a minimum deposit of €2,000 from the total tuition fee of the MBA course.

    Step 5: Apply for Student Visa

    • The students in the European Union (including Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) don’t require a German student visa.

    • The students from the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, and South Korea also don’t need a visa to study in Germany.

    • The students must register at the Residents’ Registration Office and the Aliens’ Registration Office (Ausländeramt) to obtain a residence permit (Aufenthaltserlaubnis) within 2 weeks of arrival in Germany.

    • The students belonging to other than the above-countries list should apply for the visa process in the local German embassy or consulate in their home country for admission MBA course at BSBI.

    • After getting an admission letter, apply for a student visa immediately, as it is issued for 90 days.

    • If the students have to stay for more than 3 months, then apply at the Alien Registration Office (Ausländerbehörde) in Berlin to get the proper residence permit.
